The four parishes are located near to the A5 trunk road between Gailey Island (The junction of the A5 and A449 road) and the A5/A41 roundabout just west of Weston Park. The parishes are situated in the lovely west Staffordshire countryside, but within easy reach of all the main towns in the area.

Activities

Sunday (every 2 weeks) - KFC (Kids for Christ).
Welcoming children aged 5 - 14 years.Next meeting dates will be November 22nd and December 13th

Sunday - C Club for teenagers
C Club meets every other Sunday at 7.00 pm. Next meetings will be November 15th, November 28th (at lights Fair|), December 13th and December 20th (at Lapley Carol Service)

Tuesday - Noah's Ark for Mums (& Carers) and Toddlers
Meets at 1.45 pm every other week in St Mary's Church - Next meeting dates will be November 17th and December 1st.

Wednesday Drop In
Every Wednesday from 10.00 am — 12.00 noon the drop in centre will be open.

Wednesday - Church Lads & Girls Brigade for 5-21 years
Meets at 6.45 pm during term time in St Mary's First School

Church Lads and Girls Brigade - desperately need new members and helpers. Members can be aged 5-21 years, there are lots of activities and fun, the opportunity to play an instrument, and uniforms are provided. For information please call Jim Cornes on 01785 840939

Thursday - J Team for 7 - 11 year olds
Meets at 3.30 pm in regular four or five week blocks

Christingle Service at 3.30 pm

Christmas Eve - Thursday December 24th
Carols on the Green at 6.30 pm. Come along and sing all your favourite carols around the Christmas Tree on the Green, and then come into church for mince pies and mulled wine. And if the weather should be really bad, we have a tree in church that we can sing around!

Christmas Day - Friday December 25th
Family Communion at 10.00 am

Sunday December 27th
Joint Service at 10.30 am at St. Mary's, together with the congregation of All Saints'

Wednesday Drop in
Every Wednesday from 10.00am — 12.00 noon the drop in centre will be open. Meet a friend for coffee — or come on your own — there is always someone to chat to. A warm welcome awaits you.

Tuesday November 24th at 10.00 am
Enjoy Walking. Everyone is welcome to come along and join an informal group leaving St. Mary's church for a walk, returning to the church for coffee and cake afterwards. More information from Kath on 01785 840525

Saturday November 28th at 4.30 pm
This year's celebration of the switching on of the village Christmas lights will be bigger and better than ever before. There will be stalls and refreshments in the church, in the village hall and around the green, lots of fun for all the family.

Tuesday December 1st at 10.00 am
Christmas Coffee Morning at 12, Long Street, with raffle and Christmas Crafts for sale. Admission £2

Saturday December 5th at 10.00 am
Advent Workshop. Lots of fun and things to do as we look at the true story of Christmas. Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian, more information from Margaret on 01785 840035

Saturday December 12th at 7.30 pm
Wolverhampton Orpheus Male Voice Choir. Annual concert by this popular choir, with light refreshments at the interval.

Tuesday December 15th at 10.00 am

Carols by Candlelight. Come along and sing your favourite Christmas carols by candlelight in this beautiful ancient church

Saturday December 12th at 7.00 pm
Christmas through the Ages in All Saints church. FOLCH Christmas concert, tickets £5 including hot savoury refreshments and mulled wine.

Services
Sunday November 29th
Tree of Light Service at 2.30 pm. We are asking for a donation of £5 to have a star put on the tree of light to remember our loved ones. The proceeds will be divided between this year‘s chosen charities, the Neonatal Premature Baby Unit at New Cross Hospital and Hope House Children's Hospice. MUMS AND TODDLERSEvery 1st Thursday in the month, 10.00 am - 12.00 pm Come along and have a cup of tea or coffee and a chat as your pre-schoolers play together. Next meeting are August 6th and September 3rd.

THURSDAY DROP INEvery fourth Thursday in the month from 10.00 am - 12.00 pm. Everyone is welcome at our monthly Drop In, for a cup of tea or coffee and a chat. Book and Oddments Stall.
