The Marriage Preparation Course
Developing strong foundations for a lasting marriage.
What is it?
A marriage preparation course is held one Saturday in February during National Marriage Week.
We cover:
- Communication skills.
- The importance of commitment.
- Resolving conflict.
- Keeping love alive.
- Talking about goals and values.
What's involved?
The day will be an informal format. After having the chance to meet others over a cup of coffee, there will be short talks interspersed with exercises and questions for you to discuss as a couple. .
Who is it for?
The course is for any couple who want to have the best possible start to their marriage. The course, while based on Christian principles, is very helpful and relevant for any couple with or without a Christian faith or church background.
