Church Activities

The Church is very rich in musical activity with a healthy choir, an amateur dramatic group whose offerings have included Gilbert and Sullivan operettas, "Allo, Allo", "Adventures in Wonderland", "A Funny thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" added to which members of the congregation are strongly represented in singing groups such as Dudley Choral Society and Willenhall Musical Society. Two self produced and written pantomimes were staged in 2001 and 2003.

The annual Summer and Autumn Fayres are organised by a Social Events Group, as are many of the other major social events, whilst St. Stephen's Fellowship, which also used to perform this function has now reverted to the purely social role its name suggests.

Other, less frequent activities include a periodic visit to the local hospital on a rota basis to assist patients to get to Mass.

From time to time members of the congregation take part in various other activities and visit places of interest. Below are pictures of two of these activities/visits. Click on the thumbnails if you wish to see larger pictures (37Kb-40Kb)
