Mission Statement The aims of St. Stephens Church, Willenhall are :- To provide a Christian presence within the parish. To provide a welcoming, warm and friendly environment for all, using well maintained premises as a focus for religious and social activities. To uphold the agreed policy on working with children and young people. To promote an increasing awareness of and participation in Christian life and worship. To encourage the widest possible participation of the congregation in the work of the church. To co-operate in ecumenical activities i.e churches together in Willenhall. Challenge for the future - To increase congregation numbers by: Evangelism Social events To try to encourage younger people to join the congregation Encourage the establishment of local ministry within the parish Encourage links with local schools Expand scope of parish magazine with the aim of eventually distributing to different localities ie. hospitals, charity shops, neighbourhood office, library, schools
